Talented Nollywood actor-cum-director, Desmond
Olusola Elliot has officially emerged candidate of the All Progressives
Congress (APC) for the Lagos State House of Assembly election in 2015.
The smart looking handsome actor, who
has without a doubt paid his dues in the movie industry since making his first
appearance in the industry several years ago, will represent the people of
Surulere in the House.
He got the ticket at the expense of
the incumbent and two-term member of the House, Kabiru Lawal. This, we learnt,
caused tension in the region during the primaries today.
Unconfirmed reports say Desmond has the full backing of Bola Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State and National Leader of APC.
