The close confidant to the president has been ill for quite a
long period of time since the information broke out in 2012.
Since the same year reports, had it that the man who has been
serving as an intermediary between the Presidency and the Nollywood
practitioners, has been visiting the United States of America to get a solution
for his ailment.
According to Sharareporters, associates of President Jonathan
said Douglas continued to work over the last few weeks for Mr. Jonathan’s
re-election, with one source saying he was heartbroken when his principal lost
the presidential polls.
It was learnt that Mr. Douglas died from cancer-related
complications.
