The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has aired his discontent and frustration
at Friday’s bomb blast at the Kano Central Mosque in which about 120 persons
were killed.
The Emir who visited the scene of the incident on Saturday, said Muslims
in the country will not be intimidated or forced into abandoning their region
due to the attacks.
According to the Emir, from all clear indications, the attack was
planned about two months.
He directed that the Mosque be washed and cleaned for prayers to
continue to hold.
