 American actor, George Clooney, 53, has finally tied the knot with British lawyer, Amal Alamuddin, 36. The once married actor, who got married to actress, Talia Balsaam from 1989-1993, had several high profile relationships but none ever made him want to remarry until he met Amal.

The two were married yesterday in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy and many Hollywood celebrities including Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, John Krasinki, Cindy Crawford, Bono, Rande Gerber, Bill Murray, Anna Wintour, amongst others attended the ceremony.

George and Amal were married at the Palazzo Papadopoli, Hotel Aman by their friend and former mayor of Rome, Walter Veltroni.
