Nigeria Fall To 37th In Latest FIFA Rankings

The Super Eagles are now ranked 37th in the world, dropping four places from their position last month.

Nigeria were beaten 3-2 by Congo in Calabar, before playing out a dull goalless draw against South Africa in Cape Town.

The African champions are now the sixth-placed side in the continent, behind Algeria, Cote dIvoire, Tunisia, Ghana and Senegal.

Overall, Germany remains the highest-ranked team in the world, ahead of Argentina and Holland. Former world champions Spain slumped to 8th place, while France are 9th.
