came third in a competition with other young producers around the world.
The competition which held at
the just-concluded International Music Conference, IMC, took place at the
Sheraton Hotel in Atlanta, United States of America and attracted almost a
hundred producers from all over the world.
According to reports, the
16-year old producer not only showed off his skills as a producer, but further
had records played before a panel of high profile and prominent music industry
taste-makers from Europe and US which included the likes of V12 the Hitman (J
Cole’s producer), four time Grammy winning producer
Kendrick Dean and a host of others.
Though Captain E was not the
winner, Omotola Jalade’s son came third and received high reviews.
Participating in the competition has also given a massive boost to his career.
Captain E, who his mum and
dad refer to as the Youngest Producer in Africa, has enjoyed massive support
from his parents. Throughout the IMC in America, Omotola Jalade was keeping her
fans updated on the progress of her son and how proud she was through her
