He said he was worried as the
plane was too low to the building.
After the incident and T.B.
Joshua spoke about what happened claiming it was a terrorist attack, Shadrack
went back to check all the photos he had taken.
When he zoomed them, he was
able to see the aircraft clearly, corroborating the security footage played on
Emmanuel TV, that it was a strange plane had flown over the building some
minutes before its collapse.

He said: “We
saw it; we witnessed it. We thank God because the aircraft was captured in one
of these pictures.”
Meanwhile, the Lagos Sate
Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Mr. Olutoyin Ayinde,
has said investigation has commenced into cause of the collapse of a six storey
building at the Synagogue Church for All Nation (SCOAN).
According to The Nation
report, Mr. Olutoyin said until detailed investigation is concluded, the state
government will not take over the Synagogue land.
Olutoyin who emphasized once
again that the government did not grant any approval for the collapsed
building, said, a team of engineers from the ministry and other state
government agencies are taking samples from the foundation and wreckage of the
building to ascertain the structural integrity of the building.
The commissioner assured that
it will leave no stone unturned to take appropriate action on any violation of
relevant planning law.
On the claims by the church
that a ‘strange plane theory’
had flown dangerously over the building 50 minutes before the collapse,
Olutoyin said the ministry has submitted the video clips, as provided by the
Church to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority for investigation and
professional comment.
The Synagogue building had
collapsed on Friday, September 12. After the collapse, it was discovered that
initially the building had only 2 storeys and was later reconstructed into a
5-storey building, which might have caused the tragedy.
